Summary:Sword hires MS CRM for long term UK opportunity.

• 5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience
• Requires extensive Dynamics CRM functional experience.
• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM solution and has a successful business functional history.
• Microsoft CRM STRONG functional knowledge (Data Model, Interfaces, Integration), is able to represent the product solution from a functional perspective
• Will lead functional team through a requirements workshop and detailed requirements phase, including gap analysis.
• Will participate in requirements and code analysis phase.
• Perform technical requirements gathering (to be model, as is model, etc, architecture diagrams.)
• Perform definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces with Microsoft CRM api usage; integration development
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products SQL Server 2000/2005
• Ability to work with clients and establish a relationship all levels of management
