Job Discription:
(i) Responsible for providing support on Aurigo"s product and Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
(ii) Responsible for providing email/telephonic support for clients in multi-location (US, Middle East and India).
(iii) Responsible for tracking the incidence registered by the client and managing the solution.
(iv) Responsible for deployment of solutions developed by the technical team.
(v) Responsible for planning of activities on a day to day basis, coordination with customers" SPOC on status and progress.
(vi) Responsible for ensuring project execution against the plan and for organizing weekly or daily reviews with the customers" Project Manager /SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
(vii) Ensuring end user queries from technical and functional point is verified and clarification is given real time.
(viii) You will work with customers Project Management Team in managing change and transition.
(ix) You will be responsible for documenting changes requested by end users, suggest probable methods for addressing the changes and resolving the issues with steering committee.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 6 years of experience in similar roles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX .
Experience of working within IT environment and of project life cycle stages and required documentation.
Communications Skills: Excellent English language written and verbal skills.
